RELE.AI (opens new window) purpose is to enable fluent data processing and to transfer data between any instant messaging application and the enterprise software. Once a trigger is activated (e.g., a new message came in), the matching workflow will be executed - starting at the root operation.

RELE.AI's process the provided workflow. Operations connected to it will run one after the other and the session will be executed and processed. Each operation contains information about a given application. The application should process the given payload and return a result. This result is saved within RELE.AI for the duration of the session and can be used in the next operations.
